This Reformer Pilates class builds a solid foundation, strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and offers intermediate options.
The intermediate Reformer Pilates class adds challenges, spicier exercises, and intricate movements for experienced participants.
Our Mum's and Bub's classes let mums exercise, socialise, and feel good with theirs babies close by or strapped to them at all times.
Our Barre classes fuse Pilates and Ballet, enhancing strength, coordination, balance, and posture. No dance experience needed!
Strengthen and lengthen with Mat Pilates! Expect booty burners, ab sets, and upper body sculpting. Most exercises are performed with just our body weight.
Yin Yoga slows you down, calms your nervous system, and gently releases body tension with meditative floor poses; held over time and practiced on the floor
